All members and any visitors (however short their stay on the grounds) needs to still record there name only in the sign in book. This is a school rule as we meet out of school hours and a not a school organization they need to know who we have on the field being a weapons based sport.
Society Rules updated the 1st Oct 2022
The Society attendance book must be signed by all members and visitors. This is a Society and School rule and has nothing to do with Covid-19.
Society Rules updated the 1st Oct 2023
At a recent EGM/SGM the members of the GGWAS Society voted to become a registered club with Archery New Zealand, so that all shooting members (plus a few Admin ones) on the 1st Oct 2023 will become members of Our governing body. This enables us to shoot at any ANZ registered tournament and even host a few sometime in the near future. This is a big step forwards for the club and hopefully will result it more opportunity for our members.
